Visual Designer

Open Position: Sales

Expero seeks an experienced Sales leader to join our team.

Responsibilities Include:

• Driving and managing the sales cycle, including prospecting, account development and account growth
• Identifying and qualifying prospects and partners through effective outbound activities
• Identifying, building and managing strategic relationships with client executives and business partners
• Closing business for consulting services
• Guiding and participating in sales presentations and proposal development, including cost justifications/bids and responses to RFPs and RFIs
• Working with Expero's management team to develop a strategic direction for Expero's consulting practice and defining related business strategies

Position Qualifications:

• Significant experience and proven success in Sales and the responsibilities above. Ideal candidate will have experience selling in the high-tech industry and/or selling professional services
• Strong interest in being part of an emerging organization and playing a significant role in building and growing the organization
• Strong communication skills, organization skills, and high levels of energy. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.

Open Position: Visual Designer
Expero seeks a visual design expert to join our team.

Ideal candidates can apply their visual or Web design skills to an iterative, user-centered design process. Previous experience might include Web application or site design, page layout, defining look and feel, graphic design for print media, icon design, logo design, multimedia design, and animations.  Candidates will favor working in a team environment and be able to effectively communicate their ideas to other User Experience team members, Developers and others.

Position Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Graduate Degree (or demonstrated experience) in Design, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Experience in visual design of Web applications or sites
• Experience working in an iterative, user-centered design process
• A longing to work with fun people
• Ability to create quick sketches and iterate to high-quality designs
• Understanding of color and typography
• Desire to design visual languages and the visual elements that compose them
• Creativity and curiosity
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Understanding of Illustrator, Photoshop, Fireworks, Flash or similar tools.
